IOW, perfectly normal. Add a little salt to your cooking and see how
the craving goes. Otherwise, you'll add a lot of salt with the mustard.
Mustard is a nice spice, but to be used sparingly if one tries to avoid
salt.

For most foods, I generally salt to taste at the table. I don't totally
avoid it but there are foods (such as luncheon meats and many fast
foods) that I avoid due to the fact that they are disgustingly
over-salty. I'm not in to eating food that is so salty, you can taste
nothing else!

I've been testing more frequently
lately due to an anemia issue related to low thyroid levels. Even with
Thyroid Armour supplementation (and yes, I'm working directly with my
Endocrinologist on this issue) I'm having problems with anemia she feels
is directly related to low calorie levels.

It's being controlled but just barely. I need to lose weight, yes, but
not end up a box of ashes. <g>

Then I'd take a sharp look at my diet. You lose weight, OK.
But you also lose weight when you're starving...

There is no other way to lose weight. The body has to be "starved" of
calories to burn off body fat. That's reality, unfortunately.

#60 down now and #45 to go...

See above. If you've lost the rest and harmed your body irreparably,
you won't have gained a thing.

The idea is not to gain. <g>

I'm not a doctor and don't play one on Usenet. Just my 2 cents.

It's all good. I _am_ keeping tabs on things with my regular MD. I'm
not quite that stupid. ;-)

But, thanks...
