Bought some groceries and, as usual, went to the self-scan terminals. We
had a supermarket coupon for cheap eggs, limit 2 boxes. Duly rang up all
purchases; scanning the coupon is a separate step. Duly scanned the
coupon...only *once* for the two boxes of eggs. Dropped the coupon in
the drop slot as requested. Realised the error only after paying! The
eggs were cheap enough but cheaper is better :) Better luck next time,
maybe.

Any supermarket screwups to which you're willing to admit? Or is
everyone in this group just perfect :P


The self checkout debit card machine "wigged out" and charged me twice.

I inspected my on-line bank statement at the end of the day and I was
duplicate charged.

I called the market and they told me to call my bank to rectify the issue, AS
IF IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT!!! Pissed me off!!!

The BUMS!!!

I hate getting pissed off!!!
