Nope, no registration involved. Just go to.....

Browse to find your pic file, Upload and copy the URL that it assigns
for that pic.

Or, as Nancy said, there are websites like Photobucket, Flickr, etc,
etc, were you register and are able to upload pics so that they stay on
the website.

IIRC, they give you about 5Gb of 'space' to use, so be aware of the size
of the pics that you put in there.
