a plate of food that would make Diamond Jim Brady cringe. Or serving me
something I totally don't like or something I can't eat because of
medical conditions.

Let me put my own stuff on my plate. And let me make my own sandwiches,
because I know just how much mayo and mustard and other condiments I
like, that that's not so much that when you take a bite off one end, a
turd size glop of mayo comes out the bottom.


If they do all that other stuff for you, quit whining, shut up and take
the rest like a man.

What do you do for them?

Lemmesee ...........I unstop the toilets turds tampons and all when they put
too much toilet paper in it. I cut, split, and stack 4 cords of firewood a
year. I clean and maintain a wood stove. I mow the yard. I maintain the
fence around a two acre plot of ranch from marauding cows. I built my MIL a
1,100 sf casita, fully self-contained, own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
I put up and took down Christmas lights. I clean the property. I haul off
the garbage once a week to the drop off point since we don't have garbage
truck service. I fix roof leaks, faucet drips, cranky toilets, stuck
garbage disposals, burned out lights, and dirty air conditioner filters. I
bathe the two dogs. I wash the vehicles. I till and maintain the garden.
I maintain the farm irrigation and lawn sprinkler systems on two acres of
land. I trim the trees every fall. I prune the grapes every winter. I
change the oil and filters on two vehicles.

I also do a lot of work on our cabin, and two vacation rentals we own in Las
Vegas.

Other than that, not much.

Do all what other stuff for me? What they do for me amounts to a lot less
than they do for me. I'd trade in a heartbeat, but neither of them can do
what I do. If I did what they do for me on an hour for hour exchange, I'd
like that a lot. But I do it out of love.

Now be off. You're beginning to be a pain. If you can't respond to the
thread and keep to the subject, do me a favor, and just STFU! Or killfile
me. Please?
