Good question. Is Palm Oil a saturated fat?? I've never used it before
but from research out on the web it now seems that veg suet is a mix
of Palm Oil and Rice Flour!

I never really checked out what was in the Atora Vegetarian Suet... I
used it *because* it was vegetarian without checking how it was made
or what went into it!

My only excuse is that it was nearly 20 years ago and since then I've
learned to check labels more carefully. :D
