I used to find the pita by the deli section in the supermarkets.
Sahara brand. Well, today I learned they are made by
Thomas' of english muffin fame, and that's where I can find
them now ... by the english muffins. They have a rack for them
to stand up.

Pocket pitas are wonderful for many things. :-)
I especially like them with Alfalfa sprouts.
