1. Food I regret never having tasted?
Pho. Can you believe I've never had Pho?

2. Food that won't ever cross my lips again?
Any organ meat (liver, hearts, gizzards, etc.)
Sausage (including brats or hot dogs)
Bleu Cheese varients - I know, it's a travesty!
Any pepper other than a bell.
