Good show. Cool techniques, recipes and BBQ tips.
It was cool to see several styles of smokers and BBQ grill dotted around
in a
pasture all in use with cows grazing freely. He was BBQing chicken and
game
hens. I wonder if the cows were thinking, better them than us.
The host is SUPER laid back, with his shades on! He also hosted a show
called
BBQ-U.
