Nice move, I had a piadina just yesterday for dinner. Heated in a teflon
coated pan, after flipping it I loaded it with thinly sliced pecorino and
then salami, no sauces or other dressings.
I love piadina.

Yep, I like piadina much better than tigelle because they are thinner.
Thinly slice cucumber, tomato, black dried olives and onion, lay on a warmed
piadina, add crumbled feta and roll it up. Greek salad you can eat with
YOUR HANDS.
