You're certainly production oriented. That's going to be a lot of
stuff to harvest. �I keep expecting home growing of veggies and herbs
to become a big deal. �It's rewarding fun for us who do it, don't know

My next door neighbor has a good sized vegetable garden too. We grow
different things so we trade... he grows a lot of garlic, enough to
supply everyone on the road, and he grows yellow and red onions, and
potatoes; Yukon golds and russets. And he grows pumpkins.
A lot of my neighbors have vegetable gardens, we're always leaving
bags of crops at each others back door... we know who it's from by
what's in the bag.
Well now I don't have to suggest garlic or shallots if that be the case.
How large do you usually let the "zukes" grow?
In WW II I think they were called Victory Gardens -based on the price spiral, today we may call them Necessity Gardens.
