A rainy cold day but also the prep day for next weeks little yearly golf
tourney so I'm happy. Can't wait to see all the azaleas in bloom when I
go there today for a 5 PM meeting but when I get home its going to be-
Veal cutlets- breaded with dried breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano,
parsley...
Parsley Potatoes
Salad- beautiful Boston lettuce I need to use up, Roma and cherry
tomatoes, green onions, 'shrooms dressed with standard olive oil/vinegar
dressing
Strawberries, blueberries, bananas and grapes for dessert.
Sounds delightful! I absolutely love breaded veal cutlets.
I'm not cooking tonight... We're taking a half-hour drive from home to
Saguaro Lake off the Salt River. There's a lovely little restaurant nearby
and we'll probably have fresh fish. Whatever they have always seems to be
good.
