It appears to be a noodle cutter, banjo type.But it looks like it would only make tiny short pieces,
like maybe for teeny-tiny breadsticks. �Why would anybody
use a machine like this to cut pastry (presumably, dough)?
Possibly a noodle cutter, not pastry.
I would think it was for Koudsi type noodles.
