Unless you're cooking multiple pizzas a day in a real pizza oven,
why would you need a pizza peel?
I need some sort of flat thing on which to assemble the pizza, and then

I said I was using the cookie *** to assemble and transfer it into
the oven, not to take it out or use it as a cutting board.
As for your opinions on cornmeal, your opinions are meaningless to
