I'm not sure that I want "more taste" in eggs. People tell me that duck eggs have more taste but I've tried them and don't particularly like them.

Used to raise Muscovy ducks and couldn't eat the eggs by themselves. Excellent for baking though, managed to use them that way for a few years. Then! Wife decided we needed to incubate a bunch of fertile duck eggs, about 75 of them hatched, plus the three hen ducks hatched about 30 more. I'll never, ever eat another damned duck.

Neighbors would see me coming with a bag and would turn off the lights and lock their doors. Ducks will eat you out of house and home plus what they can't eat they will poop on.
