Citation, please. I can't find any references to Ocean Perch and Orange
Roughy being the same fish. According to Cooks Thesarus Ocean Perch is one
of the fish which may be *substituted* for Orange Roughy.
Sounds like a conspiracy to me. And my tinfoil hat's at the cleaners.
