Now I'm sure I'm an idiot. I'll fix it and do it again. It's been a
busy day and it seems I'm a bit goofy at the moment. And yes, it is
very good. If I've got bleu cheese on hand I'll put a bit in one
corner of the baking dish too. It doesn't pair well with the shrimp,
but it's fabulous with the tomato and the sauce the dish creates.
