Very occasionally, they make a "show cake". Those are not designed for
eating at all, being made of styrofoam or the like. Most of the time,
it's just a cake. Whether it's very tasty or not is another question.
Fondant in general isn't good.

Yeah, I agree about the fondant. But I also never see them do any actual cake baking there. Do they outsource that too (as well as the fondant it seems)??
