wearever guaranty

totaly disgusted with wearever teflon frying pan--i actually use it
never abused, no metal ever used on it, no over heating

after about 1 year surface started to wear off--finally go to the point had
to boild water in it to clean--originally wearever site mentioned something
about contacting them for rma--i said no way--found their small appliance
problem address and sent the pan to them--let them see how bad it got and
how difficult it is to clean--very angry about all of this--pan was
registered so lets see what actually happens--i wrote a detailed letter of
teh problems i have had with it
