tip to easily open clams

To opens clams easier for chowders etc,
making sure all of them are alive first
rinse closed clams under clean water,
put on baking *** or back into bag
and put in freezer overnight
next day rinse with water and they will pop right open for you. scoop out the frozen clam with
juice and put in pot
.
