I think that anyone who wants a filet cooked any more than medium rare
should be ordering a different cut of beef, and anyone who wants a steak
cooked any more than medium well should heat hamburger patties.
Yup.
Ground chuck makes a great burger and you won't be wasting money on a
fine steak you can't taste.
