I could only think of one kitchen invention of the last two decades
that I even own, and I am not sure it has not been around longer, the
vacuum sealer. Shopping at Costco one of these is a must, at least
for us.
The Best inventions have been around for quit a while, the knife, pan,
cutting board, oven, running water, refrigerator, freezer, super
market.
Almost all the good stuff was invented before I was born, and that was
some time ago. I could live happily without a microwave, I don't own
a food processor.
