Rabbit Etouffee with Baked Cheese Grits

I daresay you've never had rabbit. Probably never seen rabbit in the
freezer section of a grocery store. I have. And I've made rabbit.
I try not to think about the fuzzy little critters that ate lettuce
from my father's garden.

Why not? I've ordered rabbit in restaurants and it is easily found in
the frozen food section at the market.

Because Sheldon often posts stuff like this to throw people into a tizzy. I
have no problem with eating rabbit; used to be able to find it in the
freezer section although it seems to have disappeared. Considering the
number of times he's made fun of grits I'd be willing to bet he hasn't eaten
those, either, or if he did it was under duress ;)
