2 large, ripe bananas
2/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mash bananas with a fork in a large
bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs, buttermilk, salt, toasted wheat germ and
oats. Let stand 5 minutes or until oats soften.

Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl. Add to
banana mixture alternately with oil, stirring just to incorporate.
Fold in blueberries and pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50
minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let
cool for 15 minutes and serve warm with butter blended with honey.

This looks great! I love banana breads. I'm going to make it. I might throw
in a few pecans.
Thanks,
