I am food shopping today for Thanksgiving Dinner
(http://www.westsidemarket.com/) and I plan on buying a turkey breast (I
have a small family that only likes white meat ... works for us) and lots
of fresh fruits and veggies.
Anyway, If I buy a fresh turkey breast today ... will it still be good on
Thursday if kept in the fridge? I would rather not freeze it.
btw, if you ever have the chance to go to the West Side Market ... GO! I
do much of my food shopping there.
Should be OK yet. Look at the "sell by" date on the package and add a
couple of days to it. Just keep it in the factory package until ready to
use for best freshness.
