sucralose were unhealthy, I wouldn't use them. My objection to
"processed foods" is aesthetic. There's nothing less healthful about
jarred mayo or onion soup mix than using fresh, it's just a matter of
crappiness. As far as the partially hydrogenated oils go, that is
beyond the doubt of almost any halfway knowledgable person.
Artificial sweeteners seem to be a pretty positive thing, health-
wise. I find most grapefruit pretty unappealing w/o sugar or Splenda,
and grapefruit is a good-for-you thing. Tell you what, provide evidence
that any particular sweetener is bad, and I'll embrace that knowledge.

I just think artificial sweeteners are gross.
I do use sucralose (Splenda) in some cooking that I do where it really
cannot be detected for itself. I never use it in beverages or in large
amounts.
