I doubt they test those extinguishers, they check the gauge is all....

The difference is that the material settles and cakes and sometimes the
needles stick. All decent extinguishers need to be inspected regularly and
replaced or refilled as needed. Extinguishers than cannot be checked
usually aren't worth having.
