What's the difference? Mine has never been used so why would the gauge not
be accurate? I try not to set my kitchen on fire, thank you very much.


The difference is that the material settles and cakes and sometimes the
needles stick. All decent extinguishers need to be inspected regularly and
replaced or refilled as needed. Extinguishers than cannot be checked
usually aren't worth having.
