That's my suggestion as well. It's pretty good with the canned soups, but I
usually make it using a bechamel sauce. Most recipes I've seen call for
layering the chicken mixture, the tortillas, and the cheese separately, but
I mix it all together when I make it. I also use a Crockpot most of the
time.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey and
gravy.
