Re: Dinner Tonight--what did *you* make?

A salad of diced raw zucchini, chicory, basil, and tofu (all
fresh from the farmers' market) dressed with "Newman's Own
Sesame Low Fat Ginger Dressing".

Yes I know I'm cheaping out using bottled dressing but I'm
only cooking for one this week.
