Tap water from New York City.

If you're referring to the test they did on the TV show 20/20, tap
water actually came in somewhere in the middle.

when i was in new york (early to mid-'70's) the stuff out of the tap
practically fizzed. if you put your ear to the glass, you could hear
it.
