DH, DS, and I spent the past weekend in Sequim with family, which
is always nice. We stopped by the Hama Hama seafood store and bought
some smoked salmon and a nice Dungeness crab to take with us. (YUM!)
Unfortunately the boys hogged all the salmon when they went hiking,
but the crab was wonderful!

While we were toodling around town, I noticed that a Popeye's Chicken
& Biscuits restaurant is under construction there. None of us have
ever eaten at one -- I've always thought of them as a Southern chain.
Anyone got an opinion on their food? I love fried chicken, homemade
and not...

Jani in WA

I went there a few weeks ago for my first time, along with my 2 sons.
This was in Tacoma. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by all
the workers, or so it seemed. Really friendly, and not fakey at all.
We ordered, and got a ton of food. It was better than I expected. I
had the spicy strips, and they were pretty spicy, but not overly. For
fast food, it was definitely a step above KFC, and I would probably go
again.
