When I started to freak out because Firstborn wouldn't eat vegetables, our
pediatrician confided that he didn't start eating them until he was grown.
Give the child lots of the few she does like, if any (usually raw), and lots
of fruits and, of course, vitamins. Our only food rule was that the children
had to try one bite of everything but didn't have to go beyond that if they
didn't like it.
You are facing far more important battles with the children in the years
ahead. Only you can decide if this is the hill you want to die on!

When my niece was a baby she wasn't crazy about cooked or raw
vegetables but loved to munch on frozen mixed vegetables. After my
sister discovered this, she always brought home a few boxes of frozen
mixed veggies and sat the baby on the kitchen table as she unpacked
the bags. When niecy saw the box, she'd break into a wide grin and
made her popping/clacking "I want to eat that" noise. My sister
opened the box and we all watched as the baby happily crunched her way
through a good part of its contents.
What my sister didn't remember was that she did the same thing as a
baby. (Mom reminded her).
I guess I can understand why moms really don't want their children to
grow up.
