The other day I thought I wanted pasta, but I was too lazy, at night,
to cook it. So I took the load of freshly baked French bread, opened a
jar of Patsey's Pasta Sauce (from the restaurant in NY) and got out
the parmesean cheese. I would tear off some bread, pour some pasta
sauce over it and top with the cheese and eat it that way. Really very
good.
Tonight, unless I am too lazy to do so, I am going to heat some garlic
bread in the oven and do the same thing with it.
Ever try that?
No, but I used to sometimes make up a meat sauce, then cut an italian
loaf on the bias, butter the slices, and dunk up the sauce.
