I was going to make burgers but deciced on mince and mashed. Comfort
food when I was growing up.
Ground beef, cook and drain off all but about 1 Tbs. fat. Add
Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup water. Simmer to cook down a bit, about
10 minutes. Serve over hot mashed potatoes. It's a Scottish thing and
very YUM! If you want, you may serve peas on the side ;)
