moving away from spaghetti and burritos

I am a senior in college and find myself still cooking the same meals I
started cooking my first week away from home. Does anyone have any
suggestions on either ways I can enhance my simple spaghetti or some
quick, easy meals that can be saved for leftovers and still taste OK?
College students--it's our own fault if we starve!
