LOL. I just found a jar of spaghetti sauce in my cupboard that expired in July 2006. I'll use mine, you use yours and whoever lives to tell the tale can post about it ;)

Seriously, As long as it smells okay and doesn't have anything "growing" on it, I should be fine.
