Good plan. I can see no negative in drinking milk, as long as you're not
having any problems digesting it? Nothing goes with brownies as well, eh?

I'm more concerned with kids and teens (US) who aren't getting any where
near the calcium they need, and in fact because of high soda intake
(high phosphorous), are making it hard on their bones to put down the
calcium they will so desperately need as they age.

I can understand that concern. Living in a country where milk drinking
is NOT popular, I see a lot of kids who hove problems with bones and
teeth. The daughter of a woman who worked for us was a soda junkie.
When she lost her top front baby teeth, it took nearly a year for them
to come in. They only came in after we literally disallowed soda
consumption at our home. The kid had to drink high calcium milk. There
are about 200 kids at the local school. At any given time there are 3
or 4 with broken limbs, the result of injuries that with most milk
drinking kids would result in a sprained ankle or wrist.
