I rarely kill black widows. They really don't frighten me. Once or
twice a year I will find one in the house, and I will relocate it out
side. I have had widows crawling up the wall in my living room- I just
put my hand in its path and let it crawl onto my fingers. I then walk
slowly and carefully outside and let it go. As long as one does not
startle them, they are not prone to bite.

so long as you don't trip over something, and "fling" the widder onto
your childs face

while this practice of yours is commendable; you have to respect the
powers that be.

im not going to google up black widder, but I have always believed they
will make you sick... depending on where you live in the world, there
are other spiders that are extremely poisonous, like the brown recluse.
I have seen the effects of the brown recluse. One bite from b.r. it
kills the flesh, rots the flesh in the area it bit.

why not trap them and then release them, instead of hold them and
release them.

Here in SoCal, widows are everywhere. My garage has a healthy
population. I am just careful where I put my hands. I like the little
arachnids, they are voracious predators, and help to keep the bad
insect population down.

And, yes I have been bitten a few times back in my youth; my fault for
not paying attention. It is not a very pleasant experience, but unless
one's system is weak, they don't really pose a lethal threat.
I understand wanting to protect one's children and pets, but for the
most part I think people fear these spiders more than is necessary.
They tend to be pretty shy and reclusive. Given the chance, they are
more interested in avoiding you than you are of avoiding them.

oh good God! you got some issues.. no really...
this is trifling of you to do this. it is irresponsible to host a nest
of widders

if someone was to call the health department on you, you would have
some splaining to do. plain and simple. especially if the spiders have
access to the children, elderly, and pets.

bomb the whole house and be rid of the nussiance

find another outlet for you anger please, don't play with poisonous
spiders

Just my 2 cents,

just my 120.00 hour advice.
