1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats, not quick oats)
1/2 cup raw sugar
6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
Combine flour, oats, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add butter cut in
chunks, and blend into dry mixture using a pastry blender until
mixture is crumbly. Scatter evenly over apple mixture. Bake 35-40
minutes at 350 degrees F.
I'm thinking 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white.
