And wouldn't you know it, they were right?!!

LOL. Probably were, but some mornings I just wasn't "hungry" at 6.30am - but I used to eat it anyway and then felt awful afterwards. Put me off "early" breakfast - that's all. Give me the same meal at 10am and I will inhale it ;)
