Andy, I'm curious: are these the amounts you eat yourself, everyday?
I'd be very impressed if you (or anyone else) mananged to reach those
exact numbers day after day (assuming one doesn't eat the exact same
things every day).
Jke,
I'm pretty on target on a daily basis. It requires scrutiny and all kinds
of record keeping, being very stingy about where I spend my calories.
Sometimes, even checking and double-checking numbers between meals but
yes. I've managed to create enough recipes that give me a reasonable
choice, though admittedly it is repetetive after a time but then I find a
new dish that I can add to the list.
Aside from the macro nutrients, the vitamin and mineral balance is also
taken into consideration at great expense. It's hardly fun but I have
been reducing steadily. I rarely overshoot my goals, more often falling
short of them. That, plus walking 4.6 miles in the park every day or
other.
All the best,
Andy
