I still keep dietary intake of saturated fat, cholesterol AND sodium to
minimalist levels.

Sat. fat: 5g; Poly unsat. fat: 7g; mono unsat. fat: 10g daily, for 10% of
of calories of fat on an 1800 calorie per day diet.

Andy, I'm curious: are these the amounts you eat yourself, everyday? I'd be
very impressed if you (or anyone else) mananged to reach those exact numbers
day after day (assuming one doesn't eat the exact same things every day).
