Researchers now say if you're going to eat your veggies, you better
take care of your teeth. A new study found certain methods of cooking
vegetables can cause the acid content to go up. For example, oven
roasting green peppers significantly increased their acidity. The
vegetables' acid levels become roughly like a carbonated beverage,
