I definitely did that. I lost some flab around the waist. I always had very sturdy
legs, and all the leg presses have given me speed skate thighs. While my pants are
loose around the waist and getting looser, the pant legs are getting tight along
with shirt sleeves. It was never my intention to convert fat to muscle. I needed
get more fit and to lose some weight because I do equestrian jumping, and it's a lot
of weight for the poor horses. Most of the people taking lessons there are young
girls who weigh about 1/3 what I do. So I was happy to see the initial weight loss
but not thrilled to be bulking up and getting heavy again, even if thinner.
