But I've done so much over/under cooking...

Do you have a web site with recipes or any favorite recipes you
might like to share or tips, tricks?

I'm a "burning" beginner or you could say a "raw" newbie.
I've only had the 'hand me down' a short while and can't quite get
the hang of it. But your tip will help!
