I use a Foreman-type Grill all the time made by Hamilton beach. :-)
I use it so often, it stays out and has a place of honor on the counter
next to the stove.

I use it mostly for meat, but also for stuffed mushrooms, eggrolls,
cheese sticks, and sometimes sliced squash.
I'd be happy to help you with suggestions, but a usual rule of thumb is
about 1/2 the skillet time.
