My mom's side of the family is all from the same area, in nearby
Washington (Missouri). Well, they lived in a teeny weeny place called
Gray Summit for a while, and a few relatives are in Hermann, which I
hear is wine country now. In fact, I just buried mom in a cemetery in
New Haven near Hermann. I admit I never did like St. Louis proper, but
the surrounding area is lovely.
