no, it's definitely not.
I always feel a little twinge of guilt, the whole "not cooking the calf in the
mother's milk" thing, but it passes.

I cannot tell you how often I have forgotten to slip the cheese on the plate
when I am plating up. I go back to the fridge after everyone leaves and
there's my expensive wedge of cheese, unshared.
