Could this be it?

1 3 lb. chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes
4 large carrots
1/2 cup water

Place roast in middle of cooking bag. Arrange potatoes and carrots around
roast. Sprinkle onnion soup mix over all. Combine mushroom soup and water
and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over all. Bake approximately 2 hours at
325 degrees F.
