I think a new restaurant's owners/managers/people in charge need to
devote a huge amount of their first two years' budget to well-placed
advertising - and most don't. The advertising isn't inexpensive but I
truly think they're doomed without it. And when they get the customer
seated at the table, they need to be accommodating of the customer's
needs. That kind of attention will soon make me a regular. JMO.
