Green tomato relish is good and can be canned for use throughout the winter
and spring.
If you like pie, you might like green tomato pie.

Thank-you so very, very much! I'm going to give the pie a try and the relish looks very good. We've never had fried green tomatoes so that one is a must try. I really appreciate you help. I'll post pics of each as I try them.
